At Rambo Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track its journey back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
